In May 2008 the Property Litigation Association issued the third edition of its
Dilapidations Protocol. This deals with claims for damages by a landlord at the
end of a lease arising out of breaches of covenant by the tenant relating to the
physical state of the premises, for example, repair, redecoration, reinstatement.
